My Favorite Workout Routine

As a mom I know we all want to get back to our pre-baby bodies but it can be hard to find the time, inspiration, or even routines that work and you like. I love Cassey Ho from Blogilates on YouTube! I have been a follower of hers since I gave birth to my first born over six years ago now. She has MANY different videos and programs for both fitness and food. Its hard to find a routine that I like to stick to because I either feel like it isn't challenging enough or it is too challenging and I just give up. Are you with me?

What I love about Pop Pilates is that anyone can do it. It doesn't matter your fitness level, you will always be able to do Cassey's moves because they are "easy". I say easy in quotations because the moves start off feeling like a breeze then BAM, your muscles start burning from simple moves but you keep pushing through because you are ready for a change, you're ready to change your body, change your attitude towards yourself, and you're ready to finally finish something.

Some of my favorite things about Pop Pilates is that when you are following a video they aren't crazy long, Cassey talks to you like she is your bff and you guys are doing the workout together, and with her talking to you the workout flies by and you feel like you can take on anything after! The amount of sweat that you can create from Pilates is amazing! You can craft your body in to a lean, mean, butt kicking machine! 

You can follow Cassey and do her workouts for free or if you are super serious about making a change she has programs that will make you work hard! Her PIIT28 programs are challenging and the before and after photos and stories from piitsters are very encouraging. She also has a program called The 28 Day Reset which is a food plan to follow and helps your body preform at tip top condition. Yummy simple foods you can make in a snap and it will really help you see what foods are working for you and what works against you. We have all heard the saying "Abs are made in the kitchen", and with The 28 Day Reset it will really set you up for success with the PIIT28 program.
